Jenny E. Freeman, M.D. (co-founder & ceo)
Jenny brings over 25 years of broad hands-on experience in medicine, research and entrepreneurship including cardiothoracic surgery, biomedical research of subcellular processes and medical device innovation. Previously she was founding CEO of HyperMed, Inc., a medical imaging company based on a technology to measure tissue oxygenation. Jenny holds an M.D. from New York University and a B.A. from Yale University.
Peter J. Aranow (CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER)
Peter Aranow has forty years of experience in finance and has been a Board Member of the Company since 2011. For 17 years he was in the Investment Banking Department of Bear, Stearns & Co. where he was responsible for Bear, Stearns’ IPO. For the next 13 years he served as the Chief Financial Officer for a number of pubic and privately-owned companies. He has been a member of Boynton Angels since 2006 and serves on the Boynton Executive Committee.. He is also a board member of the National Patient Safety Foundation. He graduated from Harvard College and the Harvard Business School.
Alexander Panasyuk, Ph.D (co-founder & cto)
Alexander is an established expert in hardware and software integration and data analysis. He is an author on each of Respiratory Motion's patents. Previously, Alexander was the primary development engineer at Hypermed, Inc. His experience includes the Infrared-Optical Telescope Array project at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for managing a space-born instrument mounted on a Solar & Heliospheric Observatory satellite. Alexander holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from the Russian Academy of Sciences and a B.S. and M.S. from the Moscow Institute for Physics and Technology.
JORDAN BRAYANOV (VP OF RESEARCH)
Prior to joining RMI in 2012, Jordan spent over a decade conducting research in Bioengineering and Computer Science with a focus on designing and building patient-oriented bio-instrumentation and measurement equipment, as well as data modeling, interpretation, and visualization. He has completed extensive work in the fields of biostatistics, quantitative data analysis, algorithm development, and signal processing and control. Jordan received a dual B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he went on to earn his M.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally he completed his Ph.D. in Bioengineering with concentrations in Computational Neuroscience and Biomedical Systems Design from Harvard University while working as an EMT in the Greater Boston Area.
KEVIN HUGHES (VP OF OPERATIONS)
Kevin has extensive experience in a variety of fields, including MIS, HR, finance, and administrative functions. He is a Certified Public Accountant who also has an MBA.
